A pictorial review of my Dec 2019 trip to Bosque Del Apache in New Mexico. This area abounds in birds and other species. I really enjoyed the Kestrels this year as they are so colorful and quick. They are really hard to photograph in flight.
Coming in for landing.
Not normally seen in a tree. A Greater Road Runner
Great Blue Heron and his favorite pond.
Javelina, up close. 2019 was a banner year for sighting.
Northern Harrier Hawk, circling for the final dive.
Not many times do you see a mule deer swim.
